(Made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.3.2017 in W.P.No.6879 of 2017.

2. It appears that the petitioner is none other than the son of Ex-Municipal Councillor. Though the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is said to have involved in some other illegal activities,

on going through the affidavit, we do not see any contempt on the part of the petitioner and hence, the notice issued to him is withdrawn.

3. It is averred in the additional counter affidavit filed by the respondent that underground sewerage system work is going on in Pollachi Municipality and for that purpose, the length of roads have been cut, which results in traffic jams and irregular vehicular parking. The petitioner being a resident of Pollachi Municipality and well aware of the factual difficulties, has come up with this petition for some ulterior purpose. Hence, we do not see any contempt on the part of the respondent and accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
