ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 19.03.2016 given to the respondents 1 to 3 by the petitioner herein and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 19.03.2016, it appears that there is a partnership dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party. Since the complaint does not disclose any cognizable offence, no positive direction can be given to the respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. Hence, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
