Application No.6035 of 2016 in C.S.D42981 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicants/plaintiffs have come up with this application.

2. The applicants are the Plaintiffs in the Suit filed for declaration and permanent injunction. The learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the suit schedule property is situated at Sembium, within the jurisdiction of this Court and the property in Madavam Village is situated outside jurisdiction of this Court. He further submits that the plaintiffs and the defendant are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and since the part of cause of action have arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court and also taking note of the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted.
