This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.03.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.3393 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1721 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.
