O R D E R
The relief sought for in this present writ petition is to call for the records in relation to the impugned notice bearing reference No.G.S.No.257/MDS/SW/2016 dated 06.07.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and permit the writ petitioner to perform his duty till the completion of term as President of CNC Wakf.
2. The writ petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the notice issued to conduct General Body https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Meeting of members to select new office bearers to M/s.Chota Naksha Charities, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014. The very notice is challenged on the ground that the writ petitioner was not permitted to participate in the General Body Meeting. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, the General Body Meeting was conducted subsequently and the said Chota Naksha Charities is now under the direct control of the Wakf Board, with effect from 28.09.2018 and the authorities of the Wakf Board assumed the charges and now administering the above Wakf.
3. This being the factum of the case, the cause arose for filing of the present writ petition became vanished and no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
