5837 of 2018 granted interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the decretal amount to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.7052 of 2012 on the file of the XVI Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai, within a period of four weeks. Since the petitioner is not in a position to mobilise funds, he did not deposit the said amount as directed by this Court. Hence, he has filed this petition seeking extension of time.

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit, time for making the deposit by the petitioner as ordered by this Court in C.M.P.No.5837 of 2018 is extended by three weeks from today, failing which, the interim stay granted on 05.06.2018 shall stand automatically vacated.
