This application has been filed for raising the order of attachment dated 15.07.2021 in A.No.1708 of 2021, and communicate the same to the Sub-Registrar, Ottapidaram.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant initially submitted that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Therefore, the order of attachment passed by this Court in A.No.1708 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 may be raised.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order passed by this Court in A.No.1708 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 is raised.

4. Registry is directed to communicate the same to the Sub-Registrar Office, Ottapidaram.
