The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2017.

2.Though notice was ordered to the second respondent and the same was served on him privately, he has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel. His name is printed in the cause list.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that his request for grant of patta in favour of temple after conducting enquiry, has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the second respondent and also other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
