Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 19.02.2015 within a period of stipulated time fixed by this Court.

The writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 19.02.2015 submitted by the writ petitioner.

2. A perusal of the representation reveals that some bogus sale documents were created and based on such bogus documents, transfer of name in the Electricity Service Connection was sought. As far as such disputes are concerned, the petitioner has to approach the appellate authority by filing appeal and in the event of any Civil disputes, it is for the parties to approach the Civil Court of law for the purpose of redressal of their grievances. consider the representation, the genuinity of the sale deed cannot be ascertained. Unless the genuinity of the documents are ascertained, the authorities will not be in a position to initiate further actions.

3. Thus, the Court cannot direct the respondent to consider the representation in respect of such grievances where title disputes arises.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Competent Civil Court of law. In the event of approaching the Civil Court of law all appropriate relief can be sought.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
