The plaintiff is carrying on business within the jurisdiction of this Court and one of the defendant viz., the fourth defendant Chatly Technologies LLP is carrying on business within the jurisdiction of this Court and in the plaint, it is averred that the fourth defendant LLP is the Indian Office of the first defendant Company which is situated in Newyork.
