ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to restore the W.P.No.16151 of 2012 and M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2014 which was dismissed for non prosecution on 31.01.2025.

2. Having satisfied with the reasoans stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to restore the main WP No.16151 of 2012 and M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 014, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3,500/- (Rupees Three Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of twelve days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 31.01.2025 in W.P.No.16151 of 2012 and M.P.Nos.1 & 2 of 2014, shall remain unaltered.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. K.SURENDER, J.
