PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other in the nature of writ, directing the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct Cultural programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Odaimanagar Arulmigu Sree Baindiamman Temple festival at Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai 90 on 03.06.2022 to 05.06.2022 between 06.00 p.m., to 11.00p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authority to give permission and police protection to conduct the Cultural Programme (Adal Padal Niglachi) in the event of Odaimanagar Arulmigu Sree Baindiamman Temple festival at Tiruvanmiyur, Chennai 90 on 03.06.2022 to 05.06.2022 between 06.00 p.m., to 11.00p.m., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been rejected by the respondent on 24.04.2022 and it is also served on the petitioner.
