O R D E R

Both the parties appeared before this Court and pursuant to a mutual agreement arrived through mediation, have filed a Joint Memo of

Compromise dated 08.08.2019, duly signed, with the attestation of their respective counsels. Clause (I) of the Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the petitioner and the respondents, reads as under: " (I) That the petitioner and the Respondents mutually agree and jointly undertake to duly register the Order to be passed by this Hon'ble Court in the above CRP wherein this Memo of Compromise would form part and parcel thereof, in the Joint - I SRO, Cheyyar, within whose jurisdiction the Schedule mentioned properties are situated."

2. Learned counsel appearing for both sides would submit that the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.08.2019 shall form part and parcel of the order and that it shall be registered.

3. Accordingly, recording the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.08.2019, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the petitioner and the respondents dated 08.08.2019 shall form part and parcel of the order. Both the parties shall

register this order as agreed by them in Clause (I) of the Joint Memo of Compromise. No costs.
