Heard Mr.V.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

2. This revision petition is filed seeking early disposal of O.S.No.26 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Dharamapuri.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner/plaintiff Page No.1/4

has filed O.S.No.26 of 2020 seeking for declaration of title and permanent injunction. Learned counsel further submitted that the pleadings in the case stated to have been completed and the matter is posted for trial. The petitioner has filed proceedings sheet in O.S.No.26 of 2020, wherein it shows that the matter is posted for trial in the month of April, 2023. The petitioner also filed a copy of the certificate to show that he is a senior citizen and also disabled person.

4. Considering the nature of the suit and also other grounds set forth by the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned District Munsif, Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
