This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2015 and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 14.07.2015 to the respondent Police and no action has been taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
