O.P.No.311 of 2022 O.P.No.311 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Sections 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities in the name of K.Gurunathan @ K.Gurunath, who died intestate on 24.05.2000.

2. His wife G.Ranjithammal had died on 02.01.1986. The petitioner is the only son. There are no other legal heirs.

3. The details of securities had been given in the schedule to the petition.

4. The petitioner was invited to tender evidence.

5. The petitioner examined himself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate of his father and mother were marked as Exs.P1 and P2 and the Legal Hership Certificate of his father was marked as Ex.P3. The details relating to the securities were marked as Exs.P4 and P5.
