ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to release the unutilized land bearing Plot No.23, an extent of 1750 sq.ft plot comprised in Survey No.362/2Bpart in Sholinganallur Village and Taluk, Kanchipuram District as per new Act, Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
