This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass petitioner.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. It is seen that some of the advocates lodged a complaint before the second respondent as against the petitioner, and the allegation is that, though the petitioner completed the law course, he is not an advocate, and he is doing rowdyism. In this regard, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry with the petitioner along with counter party and complete the same within a period of two weeks, without harassing the petitioner.
