This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 09.04.2015 against the said person for the deception and manipulating Document and using the forged document as genuine.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Crime No.214 of 2015 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506 (ii), 420, 464, 466 I.P.C.
