The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to registered a case based upon the complaint dated 04.03.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
