Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the appeals.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents have not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if they are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 11.11.2021.

6.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.Immanuel, as the learned counsel for the claimant in all the appeals.

7. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve copies of papers to the learned counsel for the respondents forthwith.
