ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for challenging the order dated 02.07.2020 on the file of the fourth respondent, rejecting the request made by the petitioner seeking electricity service connection. 2.

The petitioner has right to enjoy the land in Survey No.795/1 situated at Mayiladuthurai as per the trustee under a lease deed

styled as Sale Deed dated 10.08.2014 from one Rajesekar and the said Rajesekar derived title from the Trustee of Arulmigu Mayuranathar Swamy Thirukoil, Uchikala Kattalai. The petitioner constructed a residential building and applied for electricity service connection by an application No.5210620417 dated 16.06.2020 and he had also applied for additional power supply in low tension on the same day, which was rejected by the fourth respondent by communication dated 02.07.2020 for the reason that the petitioner has to produce No Objection Certificate from the Trustee of the endowment, sale deed copy and receipt for payment of rent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the petitioner possessed all the documents, which were required by the fourth respondent.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is at liberty to apply for fresh electricity service connection before the fourth respondent by producing all the documents, which were required by him. On receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the

application seeking electricity service connection, if otherwise the application is in order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no orders as to costs.
