ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the entire proceedings against the petitioners/A2 to A4 in C.C.No.17 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, No-II, Chidambaram.

2. When the case came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents are present. Despite several opportunities given to the Petitioners, no agreement was reached. Therefore, there does not appear to be any useful purpose being served in keeping the Petition pending indefinitely when the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the same.

3. Considering the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
