With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated in Roc.No.41151/2012/K2 dated 30.11.2012.
3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and that the disciplinary proceedings is pending since 2012, the respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
