These two writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner Associations, challenging the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.E1/8189/11, dated 08.04.2014.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the order impugned herein, the 1st respondent has passed orders in Na.Ka. No.E1/8189/11 dated 06.05.2014. In view of the same, the present writ petitions have become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner Associations fairly agreed to the same and sought permission of this Court, to grant liberty to challenge the subsequent order passed by the 1st respondent.
