ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to investigate on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 22.05.2015 and file final report in time bound manner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending in Cr.No.150 of 2015 in connection with the death of petitioner's son.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son left suicide note.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the said suicide note has not been given to the respondent police.

6. Under these circumstance, this petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to co-operate with the investigation and produce the original suicide note to the respondent police. The respondent police is directed to investigate the matter thoroughly and take action in accordance with law

7. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed.
