ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Esakkimuthu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Karthik Jegannath, learned Government Advocate for respondent 5.

2. Encroachment is alleged on the pathway.

3. The petitioner shall approach the concerned Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.64 dated 08.02.2022. If such an application is filed, the concerned Committee shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after adhering to the principles of natural justice preferably within a period of six months from the date of the application.

4. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
