This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.1 of 2021 dated 03.03.2021 and to file the final report with appropriate Sections, within a stipulated time. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.1 of 2021 was registered by All Women Police Station, Saidapet and the same has been transferred to All Women Police Station, Teynampet on the point of jurisdiction. He would submit that investigation will be completed as soon as possible.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), direction is issued to the All Women Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station, Teynampet to complete the enquiry in Crime No.1 of 2021 (already registered by the All Women Police Station, Saidapet and now transferred to All Women Police Station, Teynampet) and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
