3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

In view of the above, the registry is directed suitably amend cause title in respect of R4 as "The Town Surveyor, Ooty, Nilgiris District" in the order dated 25.03.2019 and issue fresh order copy forthwith to the parties concerned subject to the payment of necessary charges. 02.04.2019 mpa http://www.judis.nic.in
