JUDGMENT

When the matter stood listed under the caption 'For admission' on the previous date of hearing, there was no representation. Hence, the matter stands listed today under the caption "For Dismissal" as per the order of this Court . The same has been done with the hope that the counsel for the appellant would at least appear and argue the case today. But the very same state of affairs continues and there is no representation for the appellant today also.
