in C.S.No.617 of 2018 DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J., This application is filed to take substitute service on the defendants 1 to 3, since the summons could not be served on them through Court and privately.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed. The plaintiff shall take substitute service for the defendants 1 and 2 in one issue of "Makkal Kural" circulated within the territorial jurisdiction of the said defendants and paper publication in one issue "Andhra Jyothy" circulated within the territorial jurisdiction of the 3rd defendant.

3. Call the matter on 02.08.2021. The learned counsel appearing for the defendants 4 and 5 states that they have given consent for change of counsel.

4. The Registry is directed to verify whether any new counsel entered appearance for the defendants 4 and 5, if so print the name of the counsel.
