This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title of the petitioner in the present C.R.P.

2. Mr.T.Ayyasamy, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that at the time of filing the suit, one Mr.Lawrence was the Secretary of the Association and he was succeeded by Ms.Saranya Kannan, who as been examined as P.W.1. Thereafter, she resigned and in her place, the petitioner has been elected as the Secretary of the association. So, the cause title of I.A.Nos.9 and 10 of 2023 shows Mr.Lawrence as the Secretary. Now, he is filing the above C.R.P. in his capacity as the present Secretary of the association and accordingly, his name is shown as the Secretary in the cause title. Hence, he filed the present petition praying to accept the cause title as shown in the above C.R.P.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and to number the Civil Revision Petition it is otherwise found to be in order.
