This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioners 2 and 3 to be represented by their registered power agent of 4th petitioner as per General Power of Attorney vide document (ADJ) No.2 of 2022 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Mallasamudram dated 22.02.2022 in the above second appeal.

2. Mr.A.Sivaji, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioners/proposed appellants 2 and 3 have given power to the 4th petitioner by a registered deed dated 22.02.2022 on the file of SubRegistrar, Mallasamudram and the power is still in force. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed and 4th petitioner is permitted to represent on behalf of proposed petitioners/appellants 2 and 3.
