ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 09.02.2023 and 20.03.2023 and to transfer the name of the petitioner in patta for the petitioner property situated at Krishnagiri District, Krishnagiri Taluk, Jagadap Village, Survey No.199/2, measuring an extent of 16.50 Ares Punjai land.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he is in possession of the subject property and his possession is also confirmed in a decree and judgment in O.S.No.210 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif, Krishnagiri and the appeal filed against the said judgment has also been dismissed. However, patta has not been transferred in the name of the petitioner, despite 2/4

representations given by the petitioner dated 09.02.2023 and 20.0320203. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that if the decree and judgment are produced, the same will be considered and Orders will be passed.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the judgment and decree before the first respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and on production of the same, the representation dated 09.02.2023 and 20.03.2023 of the petitioner shall be considered on merits within a period of two months thereafter.
