PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention 07.02.2025 in detention order No.C3.D.O./15/2025 on the file of the SEcond Respondent. herein, and quash the same and direct the Respondents herein, and quash the same and direct the Respondents herein to produce the body of the detenue Sakthivel S/o.Thirunavukkarasu Hindu aged about 37 years who is now confined in central prison Cuddalore before the Court, and set him at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1443, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 20.03.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
