Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Inspector of police, Town police station, Theni, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.4127 of 2021 order dated 03.03.2021 to the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.P.SENGOTTUVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4127 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kancheepuram, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
