When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw this writ petition vide his letter dated 08.09.2022. Therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. In this regard, he has also sent a letter 19.09.2022 to the Registry of this Court.
