CR NO.51/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Theni , daily at 10.30 a.m. , until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.4529 of 2021 order dated 08/03/2021 to the petitioner herein and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SENGOTTUVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.KRITIKA KAMAL.P, (Government Advocate Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4529 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.51 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
