ORDER

Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.Ashok kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent.

2. Though the petitioner has sought to dispose of his representation dated 29.05.2015 made to the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

relating to his suspension order made by the second respondent Cooperative Society, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the revisional authority under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. If the petitioner files revision under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, the concerned revisional authority is directed to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
