ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the complaint dated 05.03.2015, lodged by the petitioner in CSR No.203 of 2015 dated 09.05.2015 and further direct the respondent to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file a finding report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the petitioner had purchased a property, but the possession is not handed-over to her. In cases of this nature, Police cannot be directed to interfere as that would amount to abuse of process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
