ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.40770 of 2016, by order dated 21.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of G.O.Ms.No.311, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Finane (CMPC)

Department, dated 31.12.2014 and also as per the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court made in W.A.(MD).No.1114 of 2016 (The Secretary to Government Vs. G.Nagendran) dated 22.07.2016, within a period of six weeks. 2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 21.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
