This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award by six months.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents undertakes that vakalat will be filed and submits that the learned counsel for the respondents have instructed to report that the respondents have no objection for allowing this application.

3. Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, to pass an Award is extended by a period of six months from today.
