This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the petitioner complaint dated 21.09.2021 in CSR No.1482 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, H-3, Maraimalai Nagar Police Station, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpattu District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the FIR has been registered in Crime No.195 of 2022 for the offences under Section 420, 406 of IPC.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
