respondent Police to provide necessary police protection to put up barbed wire fence to petitioner's property bearing new survey number 187 for the extent of 55 cents situated at Keezhur (Puthuperumathur) village, Kurinjipadi Taluk, Cuddalore District, thereby consider the petitioner representation dated 24.02.2023. O R D E R

The petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to provide necessary police protection to put up fence to the petitioner's property bearing S.No.187 for the extent of 55 cents.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the representation made by the petitioner was received by the 2nd respondent on 24.02.2023 and CSR was issued bearing No.118/2023 2/6

and that the 2nd respondent would conduct an enquiry calling the petitioner and respondents 3 to 5 herein and take further action in accordance with law.

3. In view of the above submission, this court directs the 2nd respondent to summon the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 for conducting an enquiry and based on the enquiry take further action, in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
