ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.02.2026, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.52 of 2026, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
