ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.654 of 2020 dated 22.04.2020 registered for the offences under Sections 188, 505(1)(b) of IPC and 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 by the first respondent police as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl. side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that in respect of crime No.654 of 2020 dated 22.04.2020 registered for the offences under Sections 188, 505(1)(b) of IPC and 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 by the first respondent police, already charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.2157 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Coimbatore.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
