ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 30.03.2020 and pass suitable orders.

2. According to the petitioner, he has filed an appeal before the respondent on 30.03.2020 as against the order dated 13.03.2020 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sankari, dismissing the petitioner's application to remove the names of the strangers from patta no.434 relating to the petitioner's property. But, the same has not been disposed of till date. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, on instruction, would submit that now enquiry is fixed on 28.05.2021 and the petitioner is also directed to appear for enquiry and the appeal will be disposed of as early as possible.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, and also the petitioner's appeal dated 30.03.2020 is pending with the respondent, also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 30.03.2020 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
