(Order of the Court was delivered by Nooty. Ramamohana Rao.J.,) We heard this Writ Petition for considerable length of time. We also had the benefit of hearing the learned Public Prosecutor, who is assisted by the Inspector of Police, All Women's Police Station, Kilpauk, Chennai. We have also been shown the Medical Certificate, dated 24.05.2017, issued by Dr. C. Ramasubramanian, M.D., DPM., Consultant Psychiatrist, Madurai. At that stage, the learned counsel for the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, who has received instructions in the matter, sought for our permission to withdraw this Writ Petition unconditionally.

At our request, the learned counsel, Shri.A.R.Sindhu, has made an endorsement on the reverse of the docket to that effect, and at our request, the writ petitioner, who is also present in the Court has also made an endorsement, seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition unconditionally. While keeping this certificate issued by Dr. C. Ramasubramanian, Consultant Psychiatrist, Madurai, on record, we permit the Writ Petition to be dismissed as withdrawn unconditionally, without costs.
