The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C and altered into under Sections 498A, 304B IPC r/w under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.327 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that though a complaint was received, after enquiry, all further actions were dropped as against the petitioners.
