2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that seeking sub-division of the properties, the petitioner approached the authorities on 09.07.2018 and the same is yet to be considered.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, 4th respondent as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
